Terms of Service

1. The service

SoldPeak ("we", "us") provides a web research tool and an API that analyse records of completed eBay sales collected from publicly available listing pages: averages, totals, trends, seller and keyword breakdowns, and the sales themselves. By creating an account or calling the API you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and keys

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for everything done with them. Revoke a key immediately if it leaks. One person or organization per account; don't share accounts to pool allowances.

3. Plans, billing and allowances

• Plans are flat-rate subscriptions, billed monthly through Stripe, and renew until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; there are no partial refunds.
• Each plan carries a daily limit on research runs, stated on the pricing page. Failed and empty runs do not count. We may throttle automated use that exceeds it.
• Upgrades apply immediately and charge only the difference for the current period. Downgrades apply at the next renewal.
• Totals count every sale we have recorded for your query; figures the report marks as read from the most recent sales (formats, locations, shipping, sellers) describe those sales only.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the research commercially on every plan, including inside your own business and reports. You may not resell access, share accounts, scrape the dashboard, attempt to circumvent the daily limits, reverse-engineer the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

5. Data and accuracy

Sale records are collected from public eBay pages as they appeared at collection time. We work hard on accuracy but make no guarantee that any record, price or statistic is complete or correct. Pricing decisions are yours.

6. Availability

The service is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not offer an uptime guarantee on self-serve plans. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. No affiliation

SoldPeak is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by eBay Inc. "eBay" and "Terapeak" are trademarks of eBay Inc., used here only to describe the source of the data and the products this service is compared with.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time from the dashboard or by emailing us. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
